Q: Do you have ample parking?

A: There are 135 free and convenient parking spaces available on a first-come first-serve basis. In addition, there is plenty of free on-street parking.
Q: Is there an area for us to get ready?

A: Yes, start your day in style in our plush bridal room with many mirrors, lights and walk-in closet. We also offer a groom's room with a leather sofa and cable TV.
Q: If our wedding is outside and it rains, is there a Plan B?

A: Yes, The Aerie at Eagle Landing has a secondary plan in the event of rain. Plan B will be discussed during your detail meeting.
Q: What services do you provide?

A: A detail meeting will be scheduled 30 to 60 days prior to your event at which time we will cover basic wedding details such as your event setup diagram and vendor contact information. The Aerie at Eagle Landing will provide a staff member on the day of your event to oversee the operation of our facility and will be available to answer site questions.
Q: Do I have to use your preferred caterer?

A: We require that you use our exclusive caterer to provide food and beverage for your event. We want to ensure that you and your guests will have an enjoyable experience with fabulous food and great service. You will find their information in this brochure. Their packages include the linens, china, glassware, flatware etc. Please contact them to receive customized menus and/or a quote.
Q: Is there an advantage to using The Aerie at Eagle Landing vendors?

A: Yes! The Aerie at Eagle Landing keeps strong relationships with selected, qualified professionals. These vendors must meet our standards and they have the knowledge of what works well pertaining to our venue.
Q: Can I have music outdoors?

A: Yes, you may have music both indoors and out. At 10 p.m., all outdoor music must be lowered or turned off. However, music and dancing may proceed indoors if you wish.
