Let our chef, who has been with The Aerie for more than 10 years, create and unforgettable and palate-pleasing meal for you and your guests! Using seasonal ingredients, our kitchen staff if ready to cook your meals on your wedding date to ensure everything is hot and fresh. Our courteous wait staff is ready to serve it up as a plated meal of buffet!

- An appointed Aerie representative on your wedding date, usually the banquet captain, to ensure all set-up and culinary details are carried through as discussed at your detail meeting
- Fresh baked house bread and butter
- A non-alcoholic beverage station with water, hot tea and coffee and your choice of strawberry lemonade or iced tea that is refilled throughout your event
- Complimentary cake cutting service
Please note that you are not limited to the items on our menu. Upon approval by our Chef and Food and Beverage Manager, our kitchen can prepare dishes that suite your taste. We are happy to customize most of our menu items to accommodate any special dietary needs. Some substitutions may incur additional fees.
We are an onsite catering facility only when it comes to meals. Desserts can be brought in from licensed bakeries only.

Bar F.A.Q
Q: How many hours can the bar be open?
A: Our bar service runs for 5 hours. Food must be present to open the bar per OLCC guidelines. Our bar will stop serving alcohol 30 minutes before your scheduled departure.
Q: Can we bring in our own bartender?
A: No, we have highly trained staff on site and our liability insurance doesn't allow any outside bartenders.
Q: Can we bring in our own alcohol to be served at the bar?
A: We do allow beer and wine to be brought in. A corkage fee will be applied. Hard liquor has to go through us. All alcohol consumed at the wedding must be poured by OLCC licensed Aerie staff.
Q: Can we have a signature cocktail?
A: Yes! Signature cocktail recipes have to be approved by our Food and Beverage manager 1 month prior to your event.
Q: Does The Aerie provide the tapping system for kegs?
A: We provide all tapping systems for kegs purchased through us. If you are bringing in your own keg you must provide the appropriate tapping system.
Q: When do we drop off alcohol if we are bringing it in?
A: Alcohol can be dropped off on the day of your wedding at the start of your contracted hours. Kegs must be chilled prior to arrival.
Q: What happens if we don't go through all the alcohol we purchased?
A: A reimbursement check for the full value of what wasn't consumed will be mailed to you 30 days after your wedding.
Q: Do we have to fully host the bar?
A: No, you can decide if you want to host a money amount, for a certain amount of time, for specific drinks, or for a set number of drinks per person. We would be happy to work with you on customizing something that fits your needs and budget.
