The Aerie Clubhouse: We’re Here for You!

No need to postpone your wedding! We are now able to safely hold weddings of most sizes! We are in the office 7
days a week to take your phone calls, respond to emails, provide FaceTime tours, and even schedule in person,
socially distanced tours!

With our spacious ballroom and beautiful outdoor facilities, you can still have your perfect wedding! We are here to
support you in what has always been our goal, to make sure you have a flawless event.

Covid-19 Policies and Procedures

These policies are updated every 30 days as things proceed.

​Guests

● Face masks are required in all public spaces, by order of Oregon Governor Brown.
● Receptions are held under restaurant qualifications
. 
● Guests that are feeling under the weather are encouraged to stay home
● Guests will be asked to stay at their tables for the duration of the receptions
● We recommended that all guests maintain a social distance of 6’
● Tables will be separated 6’ chair back to chair back with up to 10 associated guests per table
● The Aerie encourages live streaming of your wedding/event, toasts, first dance, etc. so
guests that can not attend can still feel a part of your special occasion
● All restrooms will be equipped with signage encouraging proper hand washing
● There will be hand sanitizer stations at each entrance
● There must be a designated social distancing monitor as a point of contact for the Aerie staff
● Due to restaurant restrictions, cocktail and bistro tables are not permitted at cocktail hour
● Guests must depart by 11pm at the latest

Catering

● Venues will be cleaned and sanitized 2 hours prior to each wedding/event
● Tables will be set 6’ apart from chairback to chairback, with room for staff to serve
guests
● All silverware will be pre-wrapped inside cloth napkins and distributed by an Aerie
staff member to all guests prior to their meal
● Tables will be set with individual salt and pepper packets in place of shakers
● Plated meals will take place over buffet lines as this is the most efficient way to
minimize touch points and protect guests and staff
● Gloves will be worn whenever food is being handled
● There will be no contact between servers and kitchen staff. Plated food will be placed
in a neutral area and then picked up by a server
● All bar items, including beer, wine and alcohol bottles/containers will be sanitized and
wiped down prior to and after each wedding/event
● Aerie staff will spot clean high touch areas during the wedding/event
● We use hospital grade commercial cleaners and sanitizers. Sanitization protocol will
concentrate on high-touch areas such as handrails, door handles, knobs, light switches,
tables and chairs
● Chair covers and seating areas will be sanitized prior to each wedding/event
● Chiavari chairs and seating areas will be sanitized before and after each use
● Individual sugar packets and creamers will be available and wrapped stir sticks to
reduce cross contamination

Service Staff and Vendors

● All staff will be required to wear facial masks covering nose and mouth and servers will
wear gloves when handling food
● Staff temperature will be taken before shift with no touch forehead thermometers
● No personal water jug containers will be allowed
​● Following dinner service, any speakers placed outside, must be relocated inside and cannot be facing the Bellevue Garden

Kitchen Staff

● Primary sanitation of surfaces and tools being used
● Kitchen staff will be required to wash hands consistently and change gloves on a
regular basis
● Surfaces will be sanitized between uses
● Masks will be worn at all times
● All plating will be done by kitchen personnel only. No servers will be in the kitchen
area. Plated food will be placed in a neutral area and then picked up by a server
● After service there will be a complete sanitation wipe down of all kitchen surfaces
