Homeowner Benefits

ACCESS CARD
Each home can receive up to 2 cards for those 18 years or older to utilize the Eagle Landing Homeowner Benefits. This card issued at The Aerie at Eagle Landing Corporate office.  Please call the corporate office at 503.698.8020 to arrange a time to pick up your access card. Please bring along proof of address and identification to your appointment. 

FITNESS CENTER
Your access card contains a chip in it to allow you access to our fitness center through the secured entry door in the lower portion of our facility. Our fitness center is open 7 days a week, 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Unlimited visits are welcome to the fitness center. Children 15 and under must be supervised at all times.

GOLF
Each card holder will be allowed 3 visits per week and may bring one guest per each visit.  These visits can be used for Par 3, Miniature Golf, or Soccer Golf.  Please check in at our Pro Shop to let them know you are here! Golf is open year-round with observance of major holidays. Please note our seasonal golf hours. 

SPACE RENTAL
Homeowners are offered a 20% discount on all space rental at The Aerie at Eagle Landing. Keep us in mind for any event small or large.
