Have questions about planning your wedding, private event, or golf experience at The Aerie? Explore our FAQs below for quick answers and helpful tips to make your visit or event seamless and memorable.
A: We include set up and breakdown of tables and chairs, all dishes, glassware, silverware, black banquet or wooden crossback chairs, and a choice of linen and napkin colors. In The Clubhouse we include a built-in 12 x 22 dance floor, two 70" and one 40" TV monitors for a slideshow. In The Cave we provide café string lighting, a firepit, and s'mores for your guests to enjoy.
All catering does have to be in-house with the exception of dessert. With both plated and buffet style options, and our extensive menu, we are able to accommodate most dietary restrictions.
A: Yes, The Aerie invites all of our booked wedding couples to a complimentary wedding showcase and tasting
Our bar fee covers up to 5 hours of service, one bartender, standard set-up and break-down of glassware, and liability insurance in compliance with OLCC requirements.
The Aerie is equipped with an overhead sound system for background dinner music in the Grand Ballroom and foyer. We can play a CD or plug in a phone to the AUX cord. Our system is not intended for dancing mixes and we highly suggest hiring a DJ if you do want dancing at your event. Our Marquee Tent and Bellevue Garden are not equipped with sound systems. We recommend bringing in a DJ for these areas.
Our bar service runs for 5 hours. Food must be present in order for the bar to open per OLCC guidelines. Our bar will stop serving alcohol 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure.
No, we have highly trained staff on site and our liability insurance doesn't allow any outside bartenders.
We do allow beer and wine to be brought in. A corkage fee will be applied. Hard liquor has to be provided by The Aerie. All alcohol consumed at the event must be poured by an OLCC licensed Aerie staff member.
Yes! The Aerie has a curated list of Signature cocktails that you can choose from.
We provide all tapping systems for kegs purchased through us. If you are bringing in your own keg, you must provide the appropriate tapping system.
Alcohol can be dropped off on the day of your wedding at the start of your contracted hours. Kegs must be chilled prior to arrival.
No, you can decide if you would like to host a dollar amount, a length of time, a specific drink, or a set number of drinks per person. We would be happy to work with you on customizing bar options that fits your needs and budget.
