Megann Williams

Sr. Project Manager

I have enjoyed working in the hospitality industry for three decades, mostly managing restaurants. (I loved taking care of the guests at Garbonzo's, Salty's on the Columbia and Tasty n Sons in Portland, as well as Poag Mahone's in Chicago). After having my daughter in 2014, I went into event planning at the Multnomah Athletic Club, specializing in athletic events for nearly five years. I joined the team at The Aerie in 2021, and am appreciating being a Jill-of-all-trades, managing projects large and small. I'm an avid reader, crossword junkie, record collector and love throwing a great party.

Laurie Wilson

Pro Shop Manager

As a native of Portland, I enjoy being outside any season, enjoying local food and beverages, camping, and time with my husband and adult kids. I am thrilled to work outside, learn more about the game of golf and be a part of a stellar team at The Aerie at Eagle Landing. With a couple decades of customer service experience, managing people and an eye for detail, I had the privilege of joining Eagle Landing Golf Course as the Pro Shop Manager in the Spring of 2021. I look forward to our next busy season and elevating your golfing experience at this gorgeous, scenic course.

Kaytlyn Coleman

Food and Beverage Manager

I am so thankful to be a part of The Aerie team as the Food + Beverage Manager! I grew up playing sports, competing in track and field at the collegiate level, specializing in the hammer throw. Being on a team has always been where I excel. After graduating from Eastern Washington University, I spent time honing my service skills in Spokane before moving to Portland in 2017. I am excited to bring my expertise in the hospitality field and enthusiasm for service to make The Aerie's events even better! When I'm not working, you can find my better half and I spending our hard-earned money on Portland's amazing food scene, hanging out with our friends, or taking in the newest Netflix must-watches.

Kristin O'Dell

I’m extremely excited to join the team and bring years of culinary experience into The Aerie! Originally from the Midwest, I moved to Oregon and fell in love with the seasons and selection of fresh ingredients! I have a passion for cooking seasonally and can be found at the local farmers markets on the weekends. After working all over Portland, from Stammtisch to Waverley Country Club, I’m excited to bring my skills to this beautiful venue! Let’s make your event special and unforgettable just like this amazing place!

From a small farming town by Monterey Bay, California, to the big city of Los Angeles, I graduated from The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising with a passion for building displays to promote things that people were passionate about; however, an internship changed everything. Taking someones idea for an unforgettable moment and turning it into reality ignited a passionate that I never knew and I am so grateful to be a part of the Aerie Team who feel the same way. Moving to Portland, Oregon has been exciting because all my favorite things such as music, books, and food from all over the world are in one place. I cannot wait to share with the community what we love to do everyday and be able to help build everlasting memories.

Sales, Event & Marketing Manager

I love event planning! The event industry holds a special place in my heart because it provides a unique space for people to connect, celebrate, and build community. While attending Linfield University, (Go Cats!) I was able to live my dream and plan events for my school, as well as the wider McMinnville area. After graduating, I joined the amazing Sales and Events team at The Aerie and took off running! I’m an avid Yankees fan who loves watching baseball, doing yoga, and enjoying walks with family and friends. Aaaand I’m always fueled by lots of coffee! I am excited to work with you to plan your perfect event at The Aerie!
